TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TARIFF PERIODS

Please refer to FCSWC Resort websites for specific dates

 

Peak                - NSW Summer School Holidays

High                - NSW Spring/Autumn School Holidays and the week prior to NSW Summer School Holidays and Easter Long weekend

Shoulder       - Periods between Peak & High Season 

Low                 - Between the end of the NSW Autumn School Holidays to the start of the NSW Spring School Holidays.

                   

ONLINE TRAVEL AGENT BOOKINGS (Booking.com, Wotif, Expedia etc)

If your booking was made through a 3rd party online travel agent (OTA) such as Booking.com, Expedia etc please refer to your online reservation for more information regarding deposits, cancellations & final payments.

Payment terms differ for each OTA reservations. Payment terms and conditions & cancellation policies will be strictly adhered to.

FCSWC Holiday Resorts are unable to make any changes to OTA reservations, guests will need to contact the OTA directly.

 

DEPOSITS

A $100 deposit is payable by credit card at the time of booking to confirm your reservation (per unit, per week). For reservations made on our website, a $100.00 deposit will be debited (within 24 hours) from the credit card provided at the time of reservation.

Payment via direct deposit into our bank account is available for non-credit card holders. Bookings will remain unconfirmed until funds are cleared and receipted against the booking.

For Peak period bookings a $100.00 holding deposit is required at the time of booking (per unit, per week), 50% of the total tariff must be paid by 30th June to confirm your reservation. All Peak period bookings made after the 30th June must pay their 50% deposit within 14 days to confirm the reservation.

 

FINAL PAYMENTS

Final payment must be paid prior to arrival as per the following terms.

Low & Shoulder periods: Final payment due 14 days prior to arrival
High and Peak periods:   Final payment due 28 days prior to arrival

If final payment has not been received by the due date, a final payment reminder will be sent via email and the balance will be deducted from the credit card held in our secure vault. If final payment terms are not met the booking will be cancelled.

Final payment cannot be taken at the time of arrival.

 

CANCELLATIONS                                     

More than 28 days prior to arrival:

A full refund will be given minus a 10% cancellation fee.

Within 28 days of your arrival:

Full payments will be forfeited unless we are able to rebook the accommodation for the entire period. If so, a refund will be given minus a 10% cancellation fee.

All 10% cancellation fees are charged on the total price of the booking.

Peak period          

If bookings are cancelled prior to 30th June the $100.00 holding deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee. If cancellations are made after 30th June the normal cancellation policy applies.

NOTE: Normal cancellation policy applies if an event, concert, sporting carnival etc, is cancelled or postponed or rain and weather impedes on your stay. 

EARLY DEPARTURE                                                                                  

In the event of an early departure there is no refund unless the premises are fully re- booked for the entire remaining period.

MEMBER BOOKINGS                                                                                 

If booking as a club member, a current affiliated club member card must be presented on check-in to receive the member’s discount. If a current member card is not presented on arrival the non-member rate will be charged to the credit card on file.

 

CHECKING IN                     

Check In: From 2.00pm on your arrival day.

Departure: No later than 10.00am on your departure day.

At the time of arrival, guests are required to complete a guest registration form and provide information to resort staff relating to their booking.

A current Drivers licence or photo ID and membership card (where applicable) will be photocopied or scanned into our booking system on check in. For security purposes a credit card must be given to office staff and entered against the reservation.

If guests are arriving Sundays or after hours they will be contacted by resort staff and asked to complete the guest registration form prior to arrival. Photo ID can be submitted via email or text message and credit card details will need to be given to staff over the phone before arrival.

Keys for accommodation will not be given out under any circumstances unless final payment has been received. If you are arriving after 4:30pm or on Sundays, please contact the resort reception to discuss the after-hours key collection and ensure your contact details are up-to-date. An SMS will then be sent to the mobile number on file with instructions for after-hours key collection.

The booking is made in good faith by the Resort, though unit numbers may be subject to change due to licensing agreements or for other operational requirements. We reserve the right to move your booking to an equivalent apartment for the same period without notice.

 

GROUP BOOKINGS                            

If you place a multi-unit booking as a member or non-member you will be held responsible for all bookings, unless individual names, email address, mobile phone number and credit card details are provided for each unit.

All minors under the age of 18, staying in accommodation must be accompanied by a responsible adult and minors cannot be left in the accommodation unattended overnight.

If schoolies bookings are accepted by management, a $100.00 per person bond is to be paid PER GUEST and full guest details are to be provided prior to arrival.

Parties or late night gatherings are NOT permitted in the resort under any circumstances.

It is the guests’ responsibility to make sure all kitchen inventory is returned to the correct apartment prior to departure.

 

PARKING                           

There is one allocated parking space per unit. Please respect other guests and make sure you park in your allocated space. For any additional vehicles and or boat parking please speak with Resort staff. Parking is at your own risk.      

Vehicle registration number must be provided on checking in.

 

WHAT IS PROVIDED IN YOUR UNIT

The Federation of Community Sporting & Workers Club offer self-contained accommodation. In each apartment we provide a starter kit of tea, coffee, milk, toiletries & toilet paper for your arrival and ask that you supply your own for the duration of your stay.                                               

Bed linen and towels will be provided with all accommodation. However we ask that you bring beach towels for use at the beach and pool.

The main bed will be made for you on arrival. Single beds will not be made though, linen is provided. If requested prior to arrival, single beds can be made for an additional charge of $10.00 per bed, and sofa lounge linen can also be provided on request.

 

ON DEPARTURE DAY                   

Checkout is by 10:00am on your departure day. Ensure all doors and windows are secured when vacating the accommodation. Return all keys to our office or key return, prior to departure.

Lost keys will incur a replacement fee (individual resort charges apply).

To maintain a high standard of accommodation and to keep tariffs affordable you are required to leave the unit as clean and tidy as possible. Please ensure, on departure, all dishes are washed and put away and dishwashers unpacked. All rubbish is to be removed from unit and placed in the allocated bin compounds. Place wet towels and dirty linen in the linen bag provided.

If the unit is not left in an acceptable condition a minimum cleaning fee of $88 will be debited from your credit card if excessive cleaning is required on your departure.

Alternatively, you can make arrangements to pay an upfront cleaning fee.

 

NOISE RESTRICTIONS                                                                             

To respect our resort and other guests we have a strict 10:00pm curfew for all communal areas and ask that guests vacate these areas by 10:00pm. To respect neighbouring units please close all unit doors to reduce noise after 10:00pm

A $220.00 charge will apply if staff and or police are called out for after hour’s noise complaints.

 

GENERAL ACCOMMODATION RULES                                                  

  • Furniture must not be removed from the unit. Outdoor settings are provided.
  • The number of occupants must not exceed the maximum amount stated on booking.
  • NO PETS are permitted at any of our Resorts, unless they are certified companion animals, in which case documentation must be provided to management prior to arrival.
  • A strict NO SMOKING policy is applied within all units and buildings or within 10
    meters of designated playground areas. (Seaside Holiday Resort has two specified smoking areas. No smoking is allowed other than in these areas).
  • Children are to be supervised by a responsible adult at all times and are not permitted to play in driveway areas. No skateboards, scooters, bicycles or ball games in driveways. Children must be under close, adult supervision at all times when using trampolines and swimming pool facilities. A 9pm Curfew applies to all children staying in the resort unless accompanied by an adult.
  • The accommodation is only let to you for the period stated in your booking confirmation.
  • Soliciting from the premises is strictly prohibited.

 

BREAKAGES, DAMAGES & ADDITIONAL CLEANING

Any breakages, damages and/or additional cleaning within the unit and or common property, not resulting from normal wear and tear, are the responsibility of the guest and must be reported. Guests are responsible for any cost that may be incurred, and payment will be debited from the credit card on file.

NO JUMPING ON SOFA BEDS! If the pull-out sofa lounge is being used, any damage to the sofa lounge must be reported immediately upon arrival. If there is any damage on departure guests will be responsible for payment to repair or replace.

 

GUESTS' RESPONSIBILITY                             

It is the guest’s responsibility during your stay to ensure all care is taken to secure your personal items and your accommodation while you are sleeping or away from the unit. No liability is accepted for injury, damage, loss or inconvenience caused by events beyond the Resorts control. Individual safes are located in each unit.

No responsibility is taken for occupant’s personal property left on the premises after vacating. Personal belongings, if found, will be returned by mail upon request & postage costs will be charged to the credit card on file.

 

GUEST BEHAVIOUR                                          

No person on the premises shall commit conduct that is a nuisance to other guests or adjoining neighbouring properties. Unacceptable behaviour is not tolerated & guests may be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be given.

Social Distancing is expected to be carried out throughout the resorts for community safety. Try to maintain a distance of 1.5m from others not in your household as much as possible. Sanitising/Cleaning is carried out thoroughly in the resorts and guests are required to supply their own hand sanitiser if needed.

Guests must be respectful and remind children and other visitors that they are staying at a holiday resort and must always keep noise to a minimum. Be mindful that there are guests staying in apartments close to shared communal spaces like BBQ areas, trampolines & swimming pool.

 

REPLACEMENT KEYS                                                                               

An $88.00 fee will apply where spare keys need to be made available after hours.

Guest security is more important than anything. If keys are lost, guests will be charged for the replacement of locks and keys for the apartment. * Individual resort charges apply.

 

SWIMMING POOL                 

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while in the swimming pool area. To respect other guests, we have a 9:00pm curfew on all equipment and ask that children are inside their units from 9:00pm onwards. Noise is to be kept to a minimum while using the pool and facilities. Opening and closing times must be adhered to as per the individual resort.

 

TRAMPOLINE USE                               

Children under 12 must be supervised by a responsible adult whilst on the trampoline. Zippers are to be closed at all times and only one per person per jump.

Do not use the trampoline if you are injured, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, have health limitations, are pregnant, or in wet clothing. * Do not use the trampoline in wet weather.
